We are more than weekend retreats - we are about building a community through supporting and educating women on how to improve overall health and well-being whilst making friends and having a whole lot of fun along the way💕

Our workshops have all! Attendees receive expert advice from Slainte’s amazing nutritionist
@lorrainekearneynutrition of New York City Nutrition, as well as activities involving movement through Pilates and Yoga, and some chill time through meditation with the lovely Chrissy McSweeney 🧘‍♀️✨.
Whether you have experience in these practices or not, our Workshops area suitable for everyone and all levels!

Tea, coffee, light lunch and those famous Mary O’s scones 😉 are provided and - in true Slainte style- a little Prosecco reception post event to finish off the day!

The Providers

  • Lorraine Kearney

    Lorraine is the founder and CEO of New York City Nutrition, a Certified Dietitian-Nutritionist and a previous adjunct professor at City University of New York.

    Lorraine is particularly passionate about female health, thyroid disease, and autoimmune conditions. She applies an investigative approach to her clients' health to identify the root cause of symptoms and educates them on how to take control of their health and wellbeing.

  • Shelly Hackett

    She needs little introduction as we all know her by now :)

    Our Co-Founder and Pilates extraordinaire, Shelly leads us through both the pilates portion of the day and joins in on the discussion around our health - whether it be nutrients, menstrual cycles or diet myths!
