Pilates

Shelly, our pilates certified instructor, will take you on a 45 minute practice, helping you improve your technique and make mind and body connection.

Suitable for beginners all the way to advanced students.

Meditation

Enjoy the benefits of mediation by learning how to control your anxiety and reduce stress through the practice lead by our team instructor.

Yoga

Yoga is a practice that connects the body, breath, and mind. It uses physical postures and breathing exercises to improve our overall health. A slo-flow is used to stretch out our bodies and help us find more flexibility in ourselves.

Hiking

Be lead on a guided hike in the local area, on trails in the countryside. All fitness levels catered for with two different pace levels provided.

Hot Tub & Sauna in Hunter

Spend your afternoon in our on site private hot tub and sauna as you soak away all the stress and worries associated with city life

Wellness Spa in the Poconos

A choice of treatments awaits, whether you opt for a combo of infrared sauna, compression therapy and Swiss bionic Med-bed or Salt therapy, Float therapy or Cryotherapy

Fresh Homemade Meals
