Slainte Movement Club

We all have to begin somewhere - whether you want to get out for a stroll, train for your first 5k or you are doing your 5th marathon, Slainte Movement Club meets regularly to cover all distances and all paces

Do not be afraid - the majority of our participants are walkers or are beginning the couch to 5k journey - so you will never be too slow, or the last person left behind. Feel free to message us to put any nerves at bay :)

Our next couch to 5k program kicks off Wednesday, March 13th, with a 5k run and brunch to be held on April 13th!

We meet on Saturday mornings at 11 am and on Wednesday evenings at 6.30 pm, at the entrance to Central Park closest to The Plaza
